It is a pleasure, a challenge and a privilege to study (in person) the paintings of some of our greatest artists. While the minds and techniques of these masters are my primary objective, I often add a sort of “cultural twist” in the form of a satirical or “punny” change or addition that takes the works in an unexpected direction. Study yes, but why not have a little fun too?
